Purchase Orders (POs) Information for Buyers

We gladly accept purchase orders over $1,000 from the following organizations:

• Schools, Colleges, and Universities
• Government Entities
• Hotels & Residential
• Institutions
• Hospitals
• Youth Programs
• Non-Profit Organizations

Note: At this time, we do not accept POs from individuals. For purchases under $1,000, please place your order online using a major credit card.

PO Submission Requirements

Please ensure your purchase order includes the following:

1. Official Organization Letterhead

2. Product Details: Names, quantities, and total value (minimum $1,000).

3. Organization Details:

• Organization name
• Contact name, phone number, and fax number
• Billing address and delivery address (if different)

• Email address for order updates

4. Payment Method: Indicate how payment will be made (we accept major credit cards and checks).

5. Authorized Representative: Include the name and signature of an authorized representative who can approve the purchase.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS:

• Minimum PO value: $1,000.
• Orders ship only after verification and approval by our accounting department.
• Payment is due within 15 days of delivery.
• We reserve the right to decline any purchase order.
